You do, from day one. All code, configuration, trained weights, and supporting infrastructure are deployed to your repositories and your cloud account. Aurum Quanta does not retain copies of client material, does not reuse client data to train other systems, and does not interpose its own platform between you and the work delivered. If the engagement ends, the systems continue to operate without dependence on us.

Client data remains within your environment for the duration of the engagement. Work is performed inside your cloud account or on isolated infrastructure under your control. Non-disclosure agreements are signed as a matter of course. Client data is not transmitted to third-party model providers without your explicit written consent, and any working copies on Aurum Quanta systems are deleted at the conclusion of the engagement.

Every engagement starts with measurable success criteria agreed in writing before any modelling work begins. The pilot phase exists exactly so you can see results on real data before committing to a full build. If the pilot misses its targets, the engagement ends there. No production phase, no further invoice.

Almost certainly. We design and build for AWS, GCP, Azure, on-premise, and hybrid setups, and we integrate with the ERPs, CRMs, data warehouses, and helpdesks you already pay for. Migrating you onto our preferred tools isn't part of the engagement.

Pilots are scoped as fixed-fee engagements; pricing lands in the low-to-mid five figures (AUD), depending on data complexity and integration surface. Production builds are quoted separately and vary more widely. A written scope and price are published before you commit to anything. If a project isn't a fit for us, we'd rather say so in the scoping call than win it and disappoint everyone in month four.

A working pilot on real data usually lands within two to four weeks of project start. Marketing websites are quicker, around two weeks. Production systems take longer, but you'll see incremental output every week. We don't disappear behind a curtain for months and then re-emerge with a finished thing.

Yes. Aurum Quanta is an Australian company, headquartered in Sydney. Work is performed in Australia, contracts are governed by Australian law, and invoices are issued in AUD. The default engagement model is built to satisfy Australian data sovereignty standards. Government engagements are taken via subcontract under prime contractors that hold the relevant panel and IRAP certifications; Aurum Quanta is not currently on government procurement panels.

Optional, and quoted separately from the build so you can decide on its merits. Two structures are available: a monthly retainer covering monitoring, retraining, and small changes; or a clean handover with no ongoing relationship, which is the better outcome when your in-house team is set up to operate the system.
